Présentation : Premier gros succès du groupe d'Athens (Georgia) réenregistré dans cette version la plus connue pour l'album "Murmur". Il s'agit bien évidemment d'un clin d'œil au fameux émetteur radio financé par la CIA puis par divers groupes d'intérêts américains dans les pays d'Europe de l'Est pour y dénoncer le communisme, non sans en critiquer également la propagande abusive que cette radio diffusa.
