J'ai pas réussi à agrandir la photo de la pochette mais on dirait Geldof.
A l'epoque je croyais que c'etait Tears for fears. Il y a un peu d'Orzabal dans la voix quand meme. Excellent titre.

Excellent titre . Sur ce morceau la notion de bide est tout de même relative…
Oh oui, très beau souvenir que ce titre, qui , en fin de compte n'a pas vieilli. De la pop de haute volée avec une interprétation remarquée, qui, effectivement, se rapproche au niveau du timbre et des intonations, de Roland Orzabal de Tears For Fears.
Le clip visiblement tourné au japon, parfois en noir et blanc c'était la mode de l'époque, c'est pas mal fait, mais c'est comme la musique, du royco commercial de l'époque.
Et ca doit être la version maxi dans la base.
1. C'est sûr : on dirait du Tears For Fears pur jus - commentaires de Scaracrabe et cherrysalsa - d'ailleurs, ils étaient chez la même maison de disque "Fontana". Donc je me demande s'il n'y avait pas une connexion entre ces deux groupes.
2. Je dirais qu'étant donné que ce "Halleluia Man" étant leur seul succès, j'ai l'impression que ce morceau a été composé en secret par Tears For Fears et que Love And Money était plus un projet musical…
[edit : 3. Je viens de découvrir un autre morceau de Love And Money : "Strange kind of love" (rien à voir avec le titre de Peter Murphy par contre). Ça ressemble tout autant à Tears For Fears mais c'est un son vraiment très sympa. Je le recommande donc.]
