Les Kingsmen sont un groupe originaire de Portland (Oregon) formé en 1959 formé par et autour de Lynn Easton et Jack Ely. Leur premier succès a été une reprise de "Louie, Louie", puis viendront Money, Little latin Lupe Lu et "The Jolly Green Giant". En 1965, le groupe était composé, outre Lynn Easton, de J.C. Riek, de Kerry Magness, de Mike Mitchell et de Dick Peterson.
